File PIN-Play is a professional software application for previewing video content in a secure environment. Video content provided through File PIN-Play can be viewed in the normal way after authentication of the intended recipient. To access the video content for the first time the user is required to register an account. For repeat viewings the user will log-in using their log-in details. To play the video the recipient must enter in a separately provide pin/password.

File PIN-Play can only play video content provided through the PIN-Play App. In the current version of PIN-Play video content must be transferred to the App via iTunes FileSharing.

The user is able to create/edit/delete their account details through the App. They can delete video content from within the App. Video files have access rights according to the number of like play counts and the expiry date set by the content publisher. The user can access the content using the same account through multiple devices using their log-in details.
